All'attenzione del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri

del ministro della Giustizia e della Commissione Parlamentare di inchiesta sul Caso Moro

Gentili Amministratori, alla luce di quanto scoperto dal giudice Ferdinando Imposimato, già titolare dei primi processi sul Caso Moro, unito ai cittadini che hanno sottoscritto l’appello che segue chiediamo:

che tutti i documenti relativi all’assassinio di Aldo Moro e dei membri della scorta, compresi quelli che riguardano le Brigate Rosse vengano desecretati e resi pubblici;
che la lapide in via Fani a Roma che ricorda i membri della scorta assassinati il 16 marzo 1978 venga sollevata dal piano stradale in modo da evitare che i cani possano urinarci sopra e che su detta lapide venga inserita la scritta: “Uccisi dalle Brigate Rosse e da uomini ancora non identificati”;
che lo Stato italiano chiarisca il ruolo avuto da Steve Pieczenik (che dichiarò: "decidemmo di lasciare che Moro morisse con le sue rivelazioni. La decisione finale è stata di Cossiga e, presumo, anche di Andreotti") e il ruolo avuto da Camillo Guglielmi membro dei Servizi Segreti italiani, presente in via Fani durante la strage.
